It’s the Jesse Pinkman Zone Yo!

Jesse Pinkman is without doubt one of the greatest TV characters ever to grace our screens. Even though we are naturally bias (you are on an Aaron Paul fans site… do the math), it’s hard to argue that Jesse contributed a large part to Breaking Bad’s success.

Jesse originally was not supposed to survive the first season, it’s hard to imagine losing him so early but as dedicated fans, it’s just as hard to watch him go from one crisis to another in those final seasons of the show.

But let’s look at the facts…

Jesse is guilty of:

Murder in the first degree
Drug possession with intent to distribute
Possession of an illegal firearm
Breaking and Entering
Theft of methylamine
Manufacturing large quantities of methamphetamine
Accomplice to many crimes
Threatening someone with a gun
Lying in a police interview
Withholding evidence in an active investigation

But still, this is the Breaking Bad universe, and in this context it’s largely considered that Jesse was the heart and moral centre for that messed up world.

We will be expanding this section over the coming months to shine the spotlight on Jesse Pinkman and his journey throughout the series, but also the impact his character had and just why he made the word ‘Bitch’ sound so great.
